By downloading, installing, or using the BreathePause application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
BreathePause is a breathing exercise and meditation application designed to help users practice guided breathing techniques. The App provides:
BreathePause is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
The breathing exercises provided are for general wellness purposes only. If you have any medical conditions, respiratory issues, or health concerns, consult with a healthcare professional before using this App.
If you experience dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort while using the App, stop immediately and seek medical attention if necessary.
BreathePause offers optional premium subscriptions ("Premium") that provide access to additional features.
Some subscription options may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by BreathePause and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
